Dmytro Sikorsky 40+

0 - Born in Odessa and since childhood dreamed of becoming an archaeologist, but during the soviet reorganization I changed my strategy and decided to become a businessman, leaving archaeology as a hobby.

I got higher education after the army. For a long time I was thinking about my future specialty and instead of a lawyer or banker, he I received a bachelor's degree in linguistics at Odessa National University.
Immediately after the university I started working as a PR manager in 2 big PR companies - WWF and JAFFA juice company.

23 years old - learned English in a few months.

Since 24 - I have been studying classical vocals for 5 years, where I learned to sing even arias.

25 - Began to work in the restaurant business, though I didn't plan it. I was involved in work with famous restaurant projects of Odessa as a PR manager and art director. This experience has taught me to think and act more creatively.

29 years old - unexpectedly fulfiled one of my dreams and began to work as interior designer. 
The experience of working with restaurants allowed me to create many interesting and successful projects all over the country. But in addition to design, I also provided consulting services and was a speaker at restaurant forums. Well, and I still wanted to open my own restaurant. I had one bad experience when, due to the 2008 crisis, I had to abandon almost ready project. Now I think that it was even good thing that happened to me.

In 2014, immediately after the Maidan and during a sharp fall of the hryvnia (ukrainian currency), I decided to try again, and it was in such a splash that I opened my own restaurant project very quickly. This crisis, unlike the previous one, went to my advantage.

In addition to restaurant business, I enjoy traveling around Ukraine and around the world. Collecting antique porcelain and paintings by Odessa artists of the second half of the 20th century.

I like to learn something new.

36 - began to paint portraits.

39 years old - learned how to swim. Although I lived by the sea, I could not swim till now.

Some people say that I often change something in my life unexpectedly. In fact, I have a well-defined range of interests that complement each other.

I always know what I want from life and how I am trying to implement it step by step.
